1. How long can I get the price?

Prices will be quoted within 24 hours after we get your inquiry with detailed information ( including drawings, material, surface treatment, quantity, special requirements, etc).

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

In the case of quotation confirmation. The sample will be free of charge for customer approval, and freight collection.

3. How long can I expect to get the sample?

It depends on, normally 15 days~30 days (including mold-making time). Samples will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc.

4. What about the leading time for mass production?

It depends on the order quantity. Normally, 15~40 days after receiving of deposit or L/C.

5. What is your MOQ?

We don't have a strict limit, small quantity is also workable.
